I had a couple of issues with figuring out what adapter was correct, then one broke. Each time I reached out to customer service I got a prompt reply and my issue was solved quickly and with kindness. The wiper blades fit my Mach-E well and seem to work, though I haven’t had much weather to truly test them! I will buy from this company again for the customer service alone!!

I love the dual blades and the color choices available. I just wish they had my rear windshield wiper in different shades other than black. These work great and easy to install!
