My order was misssing one small adapter piece. I messaged them on Friday morning of memorial day weekend. I had a replacement on Tuesday. It was shipped from CA and I live in Massachusetts.

A friend of mine told me about these scrub blade wipers, and I wasn’t convinced, but I did need new wipers so I said ok I’ll try them, and I have to say I am throughly impressed! I’ve never in 39 years seen a pair of wipers clean a windshield so well. This will be my go to brand from here on out. Excellent job scrub blade !!!
