Does not fully make contact with windshield leaving a ton of water

I ordered a set of blades for my truck, when i received the order, the wrong size blade come in. Lindsey provided excellent customer service and got the correct size out to me.
Installation of the blades were straight forward and they seem to be good quality. Only used a few times so far.
