Great customer service / product not working for me
I just wanted to leave a second review after testing the platinum blades. They sent me these as a replacement for my heavy duty which left steaks on my windshield. They actually sent me two pairs without question or evidence of streaking.
I applaud their customer service and making things right.
For some reason the wipers aren’t working for my Tacoma. I have had my windshield replaced and thought maybe that is causing it but not sure.
Anyways they refunded me and everything. Excellent company and if you’re considering don’t hesitate. If you don’t like them they will make things right. Cheers guys. Might be back in the future.
