So the 12 inch rear wiper blades fits my 5th gen 4Runner but it just doesn’t tuck under that rear spoilers the way the oem one does. But it’s still functional and works great.

Thank you for your review William! There are certain years of the 4Runners we don't have our rear blades listed for due to the fact of the concealed rear wiper. The dual blade makes the wipers a bit more high profile, so it might be harder to get that wiper concealed! We appreciate you trying them out and still enjoying them!
These blades do just what they say. Scrubs all things of, leaves the window clean.
